Once your project is invoiced and substantially complete, SaaviHome supports our projects complimentary for 90-days. This “break-in period” is to allow for minor programming adjustments as well as time for you to get comfortable with the system.
Like any complex system, technology needs support over time. That is where our service plans come in!

If you are not comfortable investing in a monthly service plan, please understand our “pay-as-you-go” model after your first 90 days comes to a close.
$75/trip + $270/Hour + necessary materials. 1 hour minimum.

1) No long term contract. Cancel whenever you like.
2) All Service Contracts require a hardware investment at minimum of a SaaviHome approved router as well as an OvrC Pro Hub and Lifetime License to support the features above.
3) Network security is our priority. We never share your login or password with anyone and do not have access to your personal information.
4) Terms or Service must be signed in order to receive SaaviHome support.
