All I can say is WOW?!?!?! SaaviHome revolutionized our Home AV system bringing it into the 21st century. We're new to Denver and engaged SaaviHome to configure and install our home network, smart home system, entertainment system, security and camera system. Their lead technicians, Dustin and Zack are about the two most professional and conscientious guys I've ever met; always on time, always polite, truly good people aside from being very clever technicians. Our installations have been in phases, so we've spent many hours around these guys and they've never waivered in their commitment to getting the job done and making it right. The leader of SavviHome, Gavin, sets the tone and believes in "above and beyond" service. Here's a prime example: my wife and I were rudely awakened at 5:45 one morning by the chirping of a smoke alarm battery demanding to be changed. The problem with meeting that demand was that the alarm was positioned on a vaulted ceiling about 14' above the bed. I did not have the means to get to it. Not knowing who else to call for help, a sent an email to Gavin about 6 o'clock in the morning explaining the situation. He replied within minutes and said he would have a tech there that day. True to his word, Dustin came by that afternoon and cheerfully climbed his 10' ladder to make the replacement. He even offered to stop by Home Depot on the way to get a long lasting ion 9v battery! This is the level of service that is hard to find these days, which is why we are not merely customers of SaaviHome - we're in a long term relationship with them.
